We specialize in complete decal removal and adhesive cleanup for commercial fleets, dealerships, and equipment owners across Southern Ontario.

Our process leaves surfaces clean, smooth, and ready for resale, rebranding, or refinishing — We can do it from our location or we come to your yard, lot, or shop.
Our Services

For trucks we offer full decal removal which includes any residue removal. We do not wash trucks. For trailers we offer:​

1. Basic Decal Removal
For: fleets, dealers, and owner-operators who just need the vinyl off.
We remove all visible vinyl logos, lettering, and striping from your truck, trailer, or equipment — quickly and safely.
Includes:

Complete removal of vinyl graphics or lettering

Clean edges, no surface damage

Ideal if you’re repainting or rewrapping

Please note that you will still see glue residue on parts of trailer
2. Decal + Adhesive Removal
For: clients who want the surface completely clean and residue-free.
After vinyl is stripped, we remove all remaining adhesive and glue using professional-grade solvents and tools.
Perfect for units going to auction, resale, or lease return.

Wipe-down finish — ready for new logos, paint, or sale photos

Please note that the areas that decals are removed will be cleaner then rest of unit and this will show especially in the sun

3. Full Surface Prep
For: those who need a “ready-to-sell” or “ready-to-display” finish.
We remove decals, adhesive, and shadowing (“ghosting”), then acid wash the trailer for resale photography or rebranding.
Ideal for dealers, resellers, and fleet remarketing.

Durham Decal Removal is committed to providing professional, safe, and reliable decal and adhesive removal services. To ensure a smooth and transparent process, please review the following service terms before booking.
On-Site Service Requirements
If we are performing decal removal at your location:

Equipment must be positioned on a hard, level, paved surface to allow safe access for aerial lifts, ladders, and work platforms.

We require clear perimeter access around the unit — a minimum of 3 feet on all sides.

For certain jobs, access to electrical power (110V standard outlet) may be required for our removal tools and lighting.

Work cannot be performed outdoors during heavy rain, high winds, or freezing temperatures. We may reschedule if conditions are unsafe.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the work area meets all local safety and access requirements.
Drop-Off Service Terms
If you choose to drop your equipment at our location for decal removal:

Durham Decal Removal assumes no responsibility for theft, damage, or loss of equipment, components, or personal belongings left in or on the unit while it is in our care.

The customer is responsible for maintaining any necessary insurance coverage on their vehicle or equipment during the time it is stored or worked on.

Units must arrive clean and free of heavy dirt, grease, or debris. Additional cleaning may incur a surcharge.
Paint, Surface, and Finish Disclaimer
Decal and adhesive removal can reveal or cause imperfections that were already present but hidden under vinyl. By authorizing service, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

Durham Decal Removal is not liable for any paint peeling, chipping, fading, discoloration, oxidation, or body damage that occurs during or after decal removal.

Differences in surface color or gloss (“ghosting”) may appear after vinyl removal due to age, sun exposure, or chemical reactions over time.

We do not guarantee color uniformity or paint finish restoration after removal.
-
Adhesive residue may require solvent-based cleaning that could highlight pre-existing surface wear or imperfections.

We are not responsible for previous paintwork failures, poor repaint jobs, or aftermarket coatings that may react unpredictably during removal.
Liability & Acceptance
By booking or authorizing service, the customer:

Confirms ownership or written authorization to perform work on the equipment.

Accepts full responsibility for any pre-existing damage or surface conditions that may be exposed during decal removal.

Releases Durham Decal Removal and its affiliates, employees, and contractors from all claims relating to paint damage, body damage, loss, or incidental costs resulting from decal removal or associated services.
Scheduling & Payment

Estimates are based on visual assessment and may vary depending on decal age, material type, and adhesive condition.
-
Additional time or materials required for stubborn or layered decals will be billed accordingly with customer approval.

Payment is due upon job completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
